These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Lime.mt (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Lime.mt website as well as any other media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are requested to not make use of the Site.
Additional terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.
We will notify you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Accuracy of information
Although we try our best to display the products' attributes accurately; photos, images and illustrations of a product on the Site or otherwise are for illustrative purposes only and are intended only to show a general idea of the product described in them. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colors of products shown on the Site or otherwise exactly reproduces the appearance and/or colors of the physical products themselves.
Despite our best effort to ensure that all information is up to date and correct, information on Lime.mt may be inaccurate. Specifications, products, descriptions and prices may change without any notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time without notice.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All information submitted is accurate;
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information by updating it if/when needed;
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
- You are not under the age of 18;
- You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
- You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If any information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, we have the right to terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.
Terms Of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are;
- Offering to purchase a product;
- Not under the age of 18;
- Representing correct information and
- An authorised user of the payment method provided
Prices of individual products shown are inclusive of VAT and does not include fee for delivery to delivery address. Delivery fee (if any) and discounts (if any) are indicated in the checkout section.
The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We retain the right of rejecting orders.
In the event that an item is listed with incorrect price by error, we shall have the right to refuse/cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price even though the order is being/has been processed. In situations where your order has been cancelled and your account has already been charged, we will fully refund you.
Upon order completion, dispatch is normally done within 3 business days. You will be notified through email or phone call (or both) when dispatch of the order is initiated.
For orders with a delivery address to Malta, delivery is free of charge for orders above €50. A €3 charge applies for orders below €50.
For orders with a delivery address to Gozo, delivery is free of charge for orders above €150. A €5 charge applies for orders below €150.
If, upon delivery, you claim that one (or more) of the products received is damaged or does not match the description shown on the online platform, you shall immediately inform us. If your complaint is deemed reasonable, we will replace or refund the product according to the terms outlined in the Refunds section.
Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned up to 14 days after delivery is complete. This can be done by communicating your decision with us through email. The goods must be presented with the proof of delivery and must be returned in a re-saleable condition, meaning that they shall be received undamaged, uninstalled and in the same condition that you received them including the original packaging and product documentation. The cost of the product is refunded to your payment method. Delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable. If the packaging is returned damaged (torn or smashed), a 4 Eur fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. Personalised items are non-refundable.
Items may be returned to a drop off point in Ghaxaq. Alternatively, we can arrange for a pickup of the goods by our courier. Kindly contact us if you would like to be informed of the current pick up fee charged by the courier.
If a product received is damaged or does not match the description shown on the online platform, you shall immediately inform us. We will examine the returned goods and notify you via email regarding any refund or replacement to which you are entitled. The goods must be presented with the proof of delivery and must be returned in the same condition that you received them including the original packaging and product documentation. After replacement of the original item, we will inspect and test the item that was claimed to be damaged. If the item is not damaged as the client claims and the problem is with the installation or internal wiring of the client's installation location, the client is obliged to either pay the full amount of the original item and the cost of replacement, or have the replacement done again. If the client opts to have the item replaced again, the client is obliged to pay for the courier costs for both trips.
All content including but not limited to; text, logos, photography, and design is owned and controlled by Lime.mt and is protected by copyright. No content from the site may be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, distributed or posted without a written consent by Lime.mt.
Lime.mt nor our employees or directors shall be liable to you for any lost profits/revenue, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms.
