Warehouse Assistant and Delivery Person (Full Time)

We are seeking the full-time recruitment of a dedicated and hands-on Warehouse Assistant.

The selected candidate will assist in receiving, handling, delivering and storing merchandise in our warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met at every turn. Training and a competitive salary package are being offered. The right candidate will have further opportunities to advance his / her position as the company grows further.

The ideal candidate is expected to carry out the following responsibilities in an efficient and unsupervised manner:

• Preparing orders within the warehouse as per sales order
• Deliver orders within an acceptable timeframe all over Malta, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal
• Assembly of certain light fixtures
• Making use of a stock inventory system and conducting basic IT-related operations within the warehouse
• Proper handling of faulty goods and processing damages
• Unloading, unpacking, labelling and shelving of new stock
• Contributing towards the general upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse area

Skills required:

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate using GPS
• Good communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Be able to work without supervision and have good time management
• Be in possession of driving licence B1 and have good driving skills and adhere to road safety measures and regulations
• Good collaboration and communication skills. Be enthusiastic, well-organized and self-motivated
